Sanju Bhai to play Underworld Don

Sanjay Dutt is all set to play underworld don in ‘Once Upon a Time in Mumbai’. Milan Luthria has chosen Sanjay to play the role of Haji Mastan who ruled Mumbai in the 1970s. The film will depict the conditions of those days when gangsters terrified ordinary people with organized crime and violence.
Two other actors will be finalized for the role of Karim Lala and Vardrajan. These three were instrumental in the 1970s in organized crime in Metros.
Mani Ratnam’s ‘Nayakan’ was said to be based on the life of don Varadarajan. Apart from the crime the film will also portray the cabaret culture of the seventies
